Municipal Database Registration

Ulundi Local Municipality invites all prospective service providers to register on the National Treasury web-based Central Supplier Database (CSD) at www.csd.gov.za as soon as possible and to provide the municipality with a detailed report. Service providers who are already registered on the CSD must submit a detailed CSD report so they can be added to the Ulundi Municipality list of suppliers. The notice warns that failure to provide the required information will result in the supplier being unable to do business with the municipality, and it lists required supporting documents (e.g., tax clearance pin, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, company registration, bank confirmation, proof of residence, and ID copy of shareholder/director).
