Register a dispute (Annexure 4 Dispute Form) under the Municipal Systems Act
You can register a dispute by completing the Registration of Dispute Form, submitting it in person at Mogale City’s Revenue Management (Rates Hall) Office (or at Cnr Commissioner & Market Street CBD) and emailing a scanned copy of the form together with your invoice and payment slip to the listed email addresses so your dispute is on record.
