4) Ensure that all learners complete the ‘Academic Dishonesty Acknowledgment’ form.

5) All completed forms are to be filed in the class teacher’s Learner file.

6) Ensure that parents understand what is deemed to be academic dishonesty and encourage them to reinforce it with their children at home.
