Govermate is designed to keep account, support, billing, preference, and agent history understandable and auditable. We use this information to provide the service, debug issues, improve matching, and support users. You can review the Privacy Policy for more detail about personal information, service logs, support history, and third-party processors. If you want to close your account, use the account deletion page or contact support. Some records may be retained or de-identified where needed for tax, legal, security, anti-fraud, support integrity, or audit reasons. Do not submit highly sensitive personal documents into chat unless a workflow explicitly asks for them and explains why they are needed.
