Billing, cancellation, and receipts

Govermate subscriptions are billed in South African rand through the configured payment provider. Billing pages in your dashboard show your account status and available management actions. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period, depending on the subscription state. Receipts, failed payment notices, and subscription state changes may be sent by email when configured. Keep your account email up to date. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support with the account email address and payment reference so we can investigate.
